The Reflection on Construction of Internal Quality System of Higher Education with Modern Information Technology

چکیده
Internal quality system of higher education is not only the basis of high education quality system but also at the heart of it. Under the drive of Undergraduate course teaching level evaluation, which is carried out by the ministry of education, high school peed up the process of construction of internal quality system .But it is unable to cover its subjected to normative administrative management. What is more, its scientificity and validity remains to be tested by practice. An in-depth study of the situation of internal quality system of higher education is not only a need to carry out a new round of evaluation work, but also an urgent need to improve internal quality system of higher education.
